Badminton World Cup for the Disabled 2019

The XII. Badminton World Championships for the disabled , officially TOTAL BWF Para-Badminton World Championships 2019 , took place from 20 to 25 August 2019 in the St. Jakobshalle in Münchenstein , Canton Basel-Landschaft on the outskirts of Basel . With the 2019 Badminton World Championship , which was held from August 9th to 25th, a Badminton World Championship for the disabled and a Badminton World Championship were held at the same venue for the first time. The Badminton World Federation, as the Parabadminton Association recognized by the International Paralympic Committee , followed its principle of "one sport - one team". The name sponsor of the event was the French mineral oil company Total SA
