Beermühle is a district of the municipality of Wilburgstetten in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia ( Bavaria ).

geography

Immediately southwest of the wasteland is the Beerweiher, which is fed by the Höllbach, which is a right tributary of the Rotach . The Bärlach forest borders in the east, and arable land and grassland in the west. Belongs to the municipality of Wilburgstetten.

history

With the community edict (early 19th century) Beermühle was assigned to the newly formed rural community of Wittenbach . On January 1, 1971, this was incorporated into Wilburgstetten as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .

Former architectural monument

  • Wittenbach 26: Former mill, used to belong to Mönchsroth monastery . Residential and mill building: probably still building from the 17th century (now in poor condition). Six upper floor windows. Ground floor stables; over the stable door oettingisches arms while the inscriptions 1685 CMH (= Christian Michael Henchel) / 1798 SDH I M . On the gable side of the raised area there is the entrance to the upper floor.
