Benjamin Hadžić (born March 4, 1999 in Dinslaken , Germany ) is a Bosnian football player .

Career

society

Hadžić joined the youth team at FC Bayern Munich in 2013 from 1. FC Nürnberg . The Munich team played for the first time in the B-Junioren-Bundesliga in November 2014 when he came on for Mario Crnički in the 80th minute of the game against 1. FC Nürnberg. For the 2015/16 season he was a permanent member of the B-Juniors squad. He scored his first goal for them in October 2015 in a 4-3 win against Nuremberg.

For the 2016/17 season Hadžić moved into the A-Juniors squad of Bayern. He made his debut for this in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga in August 2016 when he came on for Manuel Wintzheimer in the 70th minute against SC Freiburg . In September 2016 he played against FK Rostov for the first time in the UEFA Youth League . At the end of the 2016/17 season, he and his team were in the final of the German A-Junior Championship and lost to Borussia Dortmund on penalties .

For the 2017/18 season he switched to the A-Juniors of VfB Stuttgart . In June 2018 he completed a trial training session at the Austrian Bundesliga club SCR Altach , but was not signed.

In August 2018 he switched to the second team of Hannover 96 . He made his debut for Hannover II in the Regionalliga Nord in the same month when he came on as a substitute for Mike-Steven Behre on matchday five of the 2018/19 season against VfB Oldenburg in the 76th minute . He also scored his first two goals in the Regionalliga in August 2018 in a 7-2 win against SSV Jeddeloh .

In December 2018 Hadžić made his debut for the Hannover professionals in the Bundesliga when he came on as a substitute for Hendrik Weydandt on matchday 16 of the 2018/19 season against SC Freiburg in the 80th minute . By the end of the season he made three appearances in the Bundesliga and 25 for the regional league team.

In the 2019/20 season he was only used for the regional league team and so he moved to the Austrian second division team SK Austria Klagenfurt in February 2020 , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2022.

National team

Born in Germany, Hadžić played for the Bosnian U-17 team for the first time in 2016 . With this he also took part in the U-17 European Championship that year . Hadžić was used in all games of the Bosnians and scored both goals in the 2-1 win against Ukraine , but he was eliminated with his team as third in the group already in the preliminary round.

Between 2016 and 2018 he played for the Bosnian U-19 team . He made his debut for the U-21 team in June 2019 .
