Stainz district

The Stainz district was one of seven political districts in the Graz district of the Duchy of Styria. It existed from 1850 to 1854. The seat was in Stainz . An "exposed district commissioner" was set up in Voitsberg . In 1854 the district authorities were replaced by district offices, which were responsible for both administrative and judicial affairs. The district comprised the area of ​​the judicial districts Deutschlandsberg , Stainz and Voitsberg .
