The Bierbaumsmühle is a former mill that belongs to the former district of Groß Heere in the municipality of Heere , which in turn is part of the combined municipality of Baddeckestedt in the Wolfenbüttel district in Lower Saxony .

The beer tree mill is located at the innermost northeast of the Hainberg . It consists of the former mill site and a few other houses.

history

In the middle of the 19th century the Bierbaumsmühle had the same owner as Ludwig Mackensen as the Graupenmühle in Rhene . For a long time she was an important employer in the municipality of Heere. The mill is no longer in operation. Today there is an AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG warehouse there .

Only about 200 meters northeast of the Bierbaumsmühle is the federal highway 6 , which connects Hildesheim and Baddeckestedt in the northwest with Salzgitter-Bad and Goslar in the southeast. Furthermore, a side road leads to state road 496 to Klein Heere.

The nearest train station is in Baddeckestedt on the Hildesheim – Goslar line .
