Bodo Fuchs (born June 26, 1941 ; † March 1, 2002 in Bremen ) was a German football player . The midfielder and defender played 32 league games for Hannover 96 in the Bundesliga from 1964 to 1966 . In the first Bundesliga promotion round in 1964, he played all six group games with the promoted Hannover 96.

Career

Fuchs played for Hannover 96 from 1963 to 1967 . In his first season in 1963/64, the Fuchs, who came from his own offspring - youth and amateurs - had not yet played in the runner-up in the second -rate regional football league North . After the consideration for the DFB Cup game on April 22, 1964 against the eventual German champions 1. From 1963 to 1969, Fuchs studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Hanover . After completing his mechanical engineering studies in 1969, Fuchs worked for a crane construction company in Bremen. In 1973 he moved to the aircraft construction company VFW-Fokker where he dealt with flight controls. On January 1, 1975, he received a call as a full professor for mechanical engineering at the University of Bremen . He worked there until his death on March 1, 2002. He taught electronics, electrical drives and conveyor technology.
