geography
The municipality Bogdand located in the southeast of the county Satu Mare and is bordered to the west on the community Supur , in the north on the community Socond , in the northeast on the Maramureş County , on the east by the town Hodod and the south by the county Sălaj .
The municipality is located in the hills of Codru, 20 km west of Cehu Silvaniei and 60 km south of Satu Mare , the capital of the district of the same name.
