The U-17 South American Football Championship 2007 took place from March 4, 2007 to March 25, 2007 in Ecuador .

The four best-placed teams after the tournament qualified for the 2007 U-17 World Cup in South Korea . The top six teams acquired the start authorization for in Rio de Janeiro discharged 2007 Pan American Games .

The matches to determine the tournament winner were held in the cities of Latacunga , Ambato , Riobamba , Ibarra and Quito . The game was played in two groups of five, followed by a final phase with six teams, also in group mode.
