The Paraguayan U-17 national soccer team is a national team of Paraguayan soccer players . It is subject to the Asociación Paraguaya de Fútbol and represents it internationally at U-17 level , for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations, at U-17 South American Championships and U-17 World Championships .
In 1999 the team became vice-South American champion, in 2001 they reached third place.
At World Championships in 1999 she reached the quarter-finals, which she lost to Brazil . In 2001 she was eliminated in the preliminary round despite two wins against Mali and Iran .
