Christophe Perrillat-Collomb (born January 19, 1979 in Annecy ) is a French cross-country skier .

Career

Perrillat-Collomb has been participating in competitions organized by the Fédération Internationale de Ski since 1998 . He has been competing in the cross-country skiing world cup since 2000 , where he is mainly placed in the midfield. He completed his first World Cup race in March 2000 in Lahti , which he finished in 45th place in the sprint. In March 2001 he got his first World Cup points in Kuopio with the 25th place over 60 km freestyle. At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , he came 56th place in the 20 km skiathlon and eighth place with the relay. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2003 in Val di Fiemme , he achieved 40th place in the 30 km mass start race. In 2004 he won the Engadin Skimarathon . His first and so far only World Cup victory he won in January 2004 in La Clusaz with the relay. In November 2004 he reached his next podium in the World Cup in Gällivare with third place in the relay. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberstdorf in 2005 , he finished 30th in the 30 km skiathlon race, 15th in the 50 km mass start race and sixth place with the relay. At the beginning of the 2005/06 season he achieved his first top ten placement in a World Cup individual race in Beitostølen with 10th place over 15 km classic. A day later he took second place with the relay. At the following Winter Olympic Games in Pragelato he reached 34th place in the skiathlon, 24th place over 15 km classic and fourth place with the relay. He finished the season in 70th place in the overall World Cup ranking. At the first Tour de Ski , he finished 39th in the overall ranking. He reached 25th place at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2007 in Sapporo . He finished the 2007/08 Tour de Ski in 50th place overall. In 2008 he won the 42 km freestyle at La Foulée Blanche . In January 2009 in Whistler he achieved eighth place in the 30 km skiathlon race, his best placement in an individual World Cup race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Liberec in 2009 he achieved 41st place over 15 km classic and 28th place in the 50 km mass start race. In February 2010 he won the Transjurassienne . At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 2011 , he finished 32nd in the 30 km skiathlon race and over 15 km classic. He finished the 2011/12 Tour de Ski in 37th place. In March 2012 he won silver over 15 km freestyle and gold in the skiathlon at the French cross-country skiing championship in Bessans . He has been taking part in the Alpine Cup and the Cross-Country Skiing Marathon Cup since 2012, which he finished in eighth place overall in 2014 . In February 2013 he won the Gommerlauf over 30 km freestyle.
