Carol Martha Browner (born December 16, 1955 in Miami ) is an American politician of the Democratic Party with a focus on environmental and energy policy . From 2009 to 2011 she was Head of the Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy Advisor for Climate and Energy to US President Barack Obama .
