The 2011/12 volleyball season of the Challenge Cup began with the first round on October 22, 2011 and ended with the final on March 31, 2012.

The first two rounds were played in the knockout system with two legs. In the third round, the sixteen winners of the second round were joined by the teams that were eliminated in the first round of the CEV Cup . Until the final, it continued in the knockout system with two legs.
