The Charter Consulting Windy City Open 2003 took place March 5-8, 2003 in Chicago , Illinois , United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2002/03 and was endowed with $ 15,000.

Defending champion was Nick Taylor . Paul Price defeated Grégory Gaultier in the final with 15:11, 15:14, 15:17 and 15:11.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Beau River a spot in the main draw.
