The FC Tschichura Satschchere ( Georgian ჩიხურა საჩხერე) is a Georgian football club from Satschere and plays in the top division of Georgia , the Umaghlessi League . The club colors are blue and red.

history

FC Tschichura Satschchere played once in the highest Georgian league, the Umaghlessi League , after the collapse of the Soviet Union . In the first year the direct relegation to the second division followed with a 12th place. In the 2007/08 to 2011/12 seasons, the club played in the second division of Georgia.

In the 2011/12 season then succeeded as champions of group B in the second-rate Pirveli League , promotion to the Umaghlessi League . In the 2012/13 season, Satschchere reached the final of the Georgian Cup , but lost 3-1 to champions Dinamo Tbilisi . Since Dinamo Tbilisi was already in the qualification for the Champions League 2013/14 , Satschchere took part in the Europa League 2013/14 for the first time, but failed in the second qualifying round.

In the following season, Satschechere again reached the cup final. Again they lost to Dinamo Tbilisi, this time with 1: 2. Since Tbilisi is taking part in the Champions League as champions, as in the previous year, Tschichura will start again in the UEFA Europa League .

The home of the club is the central stadium.
