Christian Conrad Count Danneskiold-Laurvig (* May 12, 1723 , † April 10, 1783 in Rolighed near Larvik ) was a Danish admiral .

Life

Danneskiold-Laurvig's parents were the Danish secret conference council and director of the Danish West India Company Ferdinand Anton Count Danneskiold-Laurvig (1688-1754) and Ulrica Eleonora Countess von Reventlow (1690-1754). With which the Danish governor in Norway Ulrich Friedrich Gyldenlöwe (1638–1704) his grandfather and King Friedrich III. his great-grandfather was, while Queen Anna Sophie (1693–1743) was his aunt on his mother's side .

He married Dorthe Sophie von Holstein (1713–1766) in 1743 . The marriage resulted in three daughters and a son, with only the eldest and the youngest daughter reaching adulthood and entering the state of marriage.
