Christian von Krogh

Christian Ludwig August von Krogh (born March 22, 1863 in Peine ; † September 11, 1924 in Büsum ) was a German officer and resident in Adamaua .

Life

Krogh came after the visit of the high school in 1881 as a cadet in the Infantry Regiment Graf Bose (1 Thüringisches) No. 31 one, was in 1882 Ensign , 1883 Lieutenant 1891 Lieutenant and 1897 captain . In April 1905 he left the Prussian army and joined the Imperial Protection Force for Cameroon . Here he served as deputy commander in 1905. In August 1907 he became leader of the 7th company in Garua and head of the Adamaua residence. In 1908 he was promoted to major and was temporarily employed by the staff in Duala .
