The 58th Circuit Cycliste Sarthe took place from April 6th to 9th, 2010. The bike race was held in three stages, a half stage and an individual time trial over a distance of 640.5 kilometers. It is part of the UCI Europe Tour 2010 and classified in category 2.1.

Overall victory was achieved by the Spaniard Luis León Sánchez , who did not relinquish the leading position after his victory on the first stage. The following places went to Marko Kump and Anthony Ravard .
