Dănuț Dumitru Coman (born March 28, 1979 in Ștefăneşti , Argeş district ) is a former Romanian goalkeeper in football . He played a total of 252 games in League 1 .
Career
Coman began his career in the 1997/98 season at FC Argeş Piteşti in Divizia A , where he came to his first use on February 28, 1998. Since he barely came to missions, he moved to the winter break in 1998/99 on loan to AS Rocar Bucharest in the second highest league, the Divizia B . After the rise with Rocar returned to Argeș, but only became a regular player in the 2003/04 season.
In the winter break of 2004/05 Coman left Argeș and moved to league rivals Rapid Bucharest . In January 2009 he moved to FC Brașov . In the summer of 2010 he returned to Rapid after his contract in Brasov had not been renewed. At the beginning of the second half of the 2010/11 season he captured the place in goal, but had to give way to his competitor Mircea Bornescu after being sent off. He only returned in the closing stages of the season and qualified with his club for the Europa League . In the 2011/12 season he is again number one in goal and once again made it into the Europa League qualification with his team . At the same time he reached the Romanian cup final , but lost there 0-1 to Dinamo Bucharest . He then moved to the reigning runner-up FC Vaslui . He left this after a year to join league rivals Astra Giurgiu . There he and his team finished the 2013/14 season as runner-up behind Steaua Bucharest and then won the 2014 cup final . Although deputy of Silviu Lung Jr. , he came in the league on 16 season appearances. After failing to play in the 2014/15 season , he ended his career in 2015.
National team
Dănuț Coman has so far played 14 international matches for the Romanian national football team . Although he was intended for use as a substitute goalkeeper at the European Football Championship in 2008 , he fell out for a short time due to the broken thumb and was unable to participate.
