Daniel Gremsl (born August 2, 1992 in Hartberg ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Gremsl began his career at TSV Hartberg , which he stayed with the Grazer AK until 2013 with one break in the 2006/07 season . He made his debut in the first division for the Styrians on August 20, 2010 against SV Grödig , when he came on in the 79th minute for the Slovenian Nejc Omladic. After a few more years in the second highest Austrian league, he switched to Bundesliga club FC Admira Wacker Mödling in January 2013 .

Gremsl played his first game in the top Austrian division on March 16, 2013 against SK Rapid Wien , when he came on for Thorsten Schick in the 77th minute . The game in Vienna ended 1: 1.

In summer 2013 he returned to his home club TSV Hartberg on loan.

For the 2015/16 season, his contract with Admira was terminated and he moved permanently to Hartberg. In 2017 he was able to rise again to the second division with Hartberg.

In January 2018 he moved to Germany to the third division club FSV Zwickau , where he received a contract that ran until June 2019. In January 2019, his contract with Zwickau was terminated.

He then returned to Austria in February 2019 and moved to the second division SKU Amstetten , where he received a contract that ran until June 2019. For the 2020/21 season he moved to league competitor SV Lafnitz .
