Christoph Kröpfl (born May 4, 1990 in Graz ) is an Austrian football player .
Career
society
Kröpfl began his football career at ESV Austria Graz . After a few years in the youth of Graz Austria, he moved to SK Sturm Graz . Initially also in the youth and later with the amateurs Kröpfl came on March 15, 2008 in the 29th round of the Bundesliga against SV Ried in the 89th minute for Marko Stanković and celebrated his Bundesliga debut. In the summer of 2009 he turned his back on Sturm after playing six games for the Bundesliga team and moved to FC Red Bull Salzburg , where he should initially play for the amateurs in the second-rate first division . On December 11, 2009 in the game against SK Austria Kärnten he made his Bundesliga debut for Red Bull Salzburg when he came on for Somen Tchoyi in the 63rd minute .
In the summer of 2010, Kröpfl switched to league rivals Kapfenberger SV on loan for a year . After the loan ended, he was firmly committed. In January 2012 he moved back to Sturm Graz. After two years with Sturm, he joined the second division TSV Hartberg . After relegation from the second division in 2015, he moved to the regional division SC Ritzing . After six months he left the Burgenland.
He returned to Hartberg in March 2016. With Hartberg he rose back to professional football in 2017. With Hartberg he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2018 . After a total of 114 games for Hartberg in the top three divisions, he moved to the second division club SV Lafnitz for the 2020/21 season .
National team
Internationally, he was in the squad of the U-21 team in Austria.
