The 30th Dansk Melodi Grand Prix took place on February 19, 2000 in Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen and was the Danish preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 in Stockholm ( Sweden ). It was the fifteenth time that Copenhagen had made the preliminary round. The program was moderated by Natasja Crone and Michael Carø. The Olsen Brothers won the competition with their song Smuk som et stjerneskud and later the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 for Denmark with the English version of their title, Fly on the Wings of Love .
