Dennis Brock (born February 27, 1995 in Cologne ) is a German football player . He has been under contract with SC Fortuna Köln since summer 2019 and is mostly used in the central midfield.

Career

Youth career

He began his football career in his hometown at SC West Köln and in 2003 he moved to the youth department of Bayer 04 Leverkusen , where he played until January 2014. In the 2013/14 season he came to two appearances in the UEFA Youth League . In the defeats to Manchester United and Real Sociedad San Sebastián , he was substituted on shortly before the end of the game. In January 2014 he joined the A-Jugend from FC Viktoria Köln .

FC Viktoria Cologne

For the 2014/15 season he rose from the youth to the first team of FC Viktoria Köln and made his debut in the Regionalliga West on August 2, 2014 in a 3-1 win against the reserves of Borussia Mönchengladbach . He was substituted on in the 89th minute by coach Claus-Dieter Wollitz for André Dej .

Sports fanatic Lotte

After only one half series in the first team Brock left Cologne again and moved to Sportfreunde Lotte . On March 28, 2015 he made his debut for his new team and this time again against the reserves of Borussia Mönchengladbach . In the 2-2 draw, coach Ismail Atalan replaced him in the 74th minute for Bernd Rosinger . In his second season with the Sportfreunde he was able to celebrate the championship in the Regionalliga West with his team and with a goalless draw and a 2-0 success they were able to prevail in the promotion games to the 3rd division against SV Waldhof Mannheim .

He celebrated his debut in the new league and thus his professional debut on August 12, 2016 in the game against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . He was substituted on for Kevin Rodrigues Pires by coach Ismail Atalan in the second minute of stoppage time.

SC Fortuna Cologne

Brock has been playing in the Regionalliga West at SC Fortuna Köln since the 2019/20 season .
