action

Dr. Cobra is a golden Aztec - mask , using which it can control the minds of others. His plan is to get the heads of state and government of the world under control in order to achieve world domination . His first victim is the daughter of the Dutch ambassador , Jane Dobson, who previously translated the inscriptions on the mask. The only thing standing in the way of his plan is the mysterious Puma-Man , the protector of the mask equipped with superhuman powers by aliens . Kobras knows that this is an American who lives in the greater London area. He then assigns his henchmen to all men that fit this description; they are overthrown from tall buildings and die in the process. At the same time, the Aztec priest Vadinho makes his way to see Puma-Man , who turns out to be a young paleontologist by the name of Tony Farms. He works at the Natural History Museum and has no idea of his prediction. Vadinho already knew Tony's father and convinced him of his superpowers by throwing him off the third floor of the building. However, the Puma-Man survived the fall using his skills. These are reinforced by a magical golden belt that Vadinho gives him. After investing the belt, it is surrounded by a superhero - cape and it receives additional forces. He can now fly and has super powers. He can also see in the dark, foresee dangers, teleport to known places and pretend to be dead.

Puma-Man finally manages to catch cobras. When he tries to flee in a helicopter , Puma-Man crashes it and Kobras is killed. Jane is no longer under mind control; she and Tony fall in love and plan to get married. Vadinho takes the mask and returns with it in a spaceship to a secret temple in the Andes .
