action

Pierre Durois works as a math teacher at a girls' high school. He has an affair with the physical education teacher Danielle, which he does in front of his father, surgeon Dr. Hubert Durois, kept secret. Hubert is the acting mayor of the city; new elections are imminent, which he intends to decide for himself with a radical path against the decline of morals. Pierre is involved in the election campaign and, as always, is supposed to write an election speech for his father. Pierre's friend Patrick gives him another folder with lewd photos of the movie star Jackie Logan and asks him to write another article about the photos for the local gossip magazine. Pierre receives a third folder from the headmaster: Once again he has to correct classwork for him.

Because Pierre once again only has eyes for Danielle, it is easy for the students to swap the contents of the folders. So it happens that Hubert receives the folder with the nude pictures of Jackie, while Patrick goes with the school principal's work. Pierre notices the mistake. He was able to slip the correct folder into his father without being recognized, but he missed Patrick at the newspaper publisher, which was run by none other than Hubert's political challenger Albert Renaudin. Pierre drives to a film set where Patrick is supposed to be. On the set, the stressed director is currently trying to make the western Calamity Jane with Jackie in the lead role . Pierre destroys the backdrop for a central scene with his car. From the angry mob, Pierre takes refuge in Jackie's trailer and ends up unrecognized on her villa property. A few clumsy situations later he finds himself on a lampshell in Jackie's villa, having had to get to safety from Jackie's big cat. He clears up all the implications in front of the actress and can make it clear to her that he is actually just a little math teacher. Jackie washes him and puts him in a plaid suit from one of her bodyguards. Both drink a lot and Pierre doesn't wake up until the next morning.

When he tries again to give Patrick his portfolio with the pictures, Pierre meets Albert Renaudin at the publishing house. He now wants to withdraw the article he wrote about Jackie's pictures, because he knows what Jackie is really like. Albert recorded Pierre's description of the evening at Jackie's and the next day published an article in which Pierre was portrayed as Jackie's lover. Danielle and also father Hubert are outraged. Jackie also feels betrayed and takes revenge by pretending to be Pierre as her fiancé. Before the press can question Pierre, he is admitted to the clinic by his father and completely plastered. Pierre manages to escape and he goes to Jackie, where he once again disrupts the shooting with his car. He and Jackie have a fight, but soon realize that they are interested in each other. However, they continue to fight in front of the press to deny the headlines. Some time later Hubert gives another speech on morals and how his honorable son was slandered by the gossip press. Danielle is waiting with him backstage. Suddenly Jackie appears, who wants to say goodbye to Pierre after the filming is over - she will disappear from town. The kissing goodbye becomes more and more intimate, until Danielle goes jealously at Jackie and the audience of Hubert's speech finally offers a fight from Jackie, Danielle and Pierre.
