The last day of your life is the fourth solo album by the rapper Farid Bang . It was released on January 27, 2012 via Eko Freshs label German Dream in cooperation with the Sony subsidiary 7days music entertainment AG as a standard, iTunes and Amazon edition (including T-shirt and DVD ).

content

As on previous releases by the artist, there are many typical gangsta rap songs on the album . These include Farid Bang , The Last Day of Your Life , Pusher , I Want Beef and Samurai . There are swipes against other rappers like Sido and Alpa Gun . In contrast to these pieces, there are also several thoughtful, quieter songs (e.g. Alemania , No Tear , Irgendwann , I miss you ) on the sound carrier.

Guest Posts

Contributions by other artists can be found on only six songs on the album. Farid Bang's label colleague Summer Cem can be heard in the song Vom Dealer zum Rapstar , while the American rapper Young Buck has a guest article on Converse Musik . The singer Ramsi Aliani appears at some point and the singer Zemine sings the chorus with I miss you . Farid Bangs label boss Eko Fresh also raps on the track German Dream 2012 and the rapper L-Nino is represented on the bonus song Weißer Krieger . In addition, Summer Cem, Eko Fresh, Massiv , Kollegah , Bass Sultan Hengzt and Favorite are represented at the intro . On the iTunes version, the song Converse Musik (Remix) features guest contributions by Al-Gear , L-Nino, Massiv , as well as by Young Buck, who is already featured on the standard version of the song.

Cover design

The covers of both editions are in comic format. For example, the cover of the standard edition shows a muscular figure with a bare upper body, which resembles Farid Bang and strikes out to strike. The artwork of the Amazon edition shows the same figure with two firearms in his hands. In the upper part of the illustrations are the words Farid Bang and The last day of your life .

Before the publication of these two album covers, a comic-like artwork made its way onto the Internet, showing the artists Sido , Kool Savas , Alpa Gun and DJ Desue in the crosshairs alongside Farid Bang . However, this illustration was allegedly discarded due to an injunction.
