The fact that she photographed a covert LKA operation puts Carl in mortal danger. While Marcus does everything possible to prevent the journalist from publishing her story, Carl tries to win the trust of the biker president Steven, whereby he increasingly attracts the distrust of the vice president of the Warriors. Carl takes him camping and soon regrets it, because first Markus wails his ears, then he stumbles over a dead ex-colleague in the middle of the night. Then they track down an Iraqi family who don't speak a word of German. The dead man is the customs investigator Becker, whom Markus knows from earlier years of service. What was he doing with this group of illegal refugees behind the German-Czech border, who shot him and why? The refugees, a married couple and their ten-year-old son, only cause further confusion with their attempts to explain. While Sandra takes the family home, Carl and Markus go on a search for clues and quickly end up with the club owner Dieter Lowicki, who knows how to legally camouflage his human trafficking with forced prostitutes. With every answer there are new questions up to the point in time when the two LKA officers find the key figure in this case.

Reviews

“'Die Draufgänger' is a funny and entertaining pastime for everyone who can overlook the sometimes absurd events and the stale and obligatory love affair with a wink and a laugh. The serious crime fanatic is advised against this partly parodistic seeming fool's piece. "

- Jakob Bokelmann, Oddsmeter.de

“The German viewers must have been very naughty, because on behalf of Knecht Ruprecht, RTL [...] distributes the TV equivalent of rod blows. [...] “Action-packed, humorous and exciting right up to the last minute” - seldom did an advertising slogan apply to a film less than with the “daredevils”. "The Daredevils" have achieved something that has never happened to me [...]: I had to turn off the film before the end! I couldn't stand this mixture of boredom and stupidity any longer. "
