action

Summer holidays are just around the corner. Everyone is looking forward to the tent excursion together. Dakaria also wants to go to the concert of the vampire rock band Krypton Krax, but her parents forbid her. Because Xantor, their new manager, is an old enemy of the family. Like Mihai, he was interested in the human woman Elvira at the time, but he wanted to subjugate her, which Mihai could prevent at the last second. The sisters secretly fly to the concert anyway. Dakaria not only manages to get on stage, she also goes backstage and promptly falls in love with their lead singer and lyricist Murdo. Xantor gets wind of this and plans an act of revenge.

Meanwhile, the clumsy vampire hunter Dirk van Kombast gets to know the nurse Ursula, who, however, can only slightly dissuade him from his mission. In his attempts to unmask the Tepes, he constantly injures himself and utters high-pitched screams that scare the vampires. Meanwhile, preparations for the tent trip are in full swing, but Dakaria only has eyes for Murdo. The two arrange to meet. At the rendezvous, he made Dakaria the offer to take her on tour. She is his muse and he always wants her around him. Dakaria accepts the offer.

Her human friend Helene is also very enthusiastic and wants to travel with her. On the day of departure, Dakaria receives a message from Murdo that they will meet half an hour earlier. But it is a trap by Xantor who takes her and Helene prisoner. When Silvania gets wind of it, she tries to free her sister and her friend, but she too ends up in the clutches of Xantor. He wants to transform the three and make them his servants. However, Ludo followed them and tried everything to free his friends. Just like Murdo, who fights against his manager. When Dirk van Kombast also enters the scene, he falls backwards into a rake. His high pitched cry of pain is just the right high pitch to drive away all male vampires.

The three girls and their friends go camping and in the evening they all meet for a barbecue. Murdo also comes and makes friends with the sisters' father. Dirk van Kombast meanwhile enjoys his happiness with Ursula, not realizing that she is also a vampire.

Reviews

Like the first part, the film was mostly positively reviewed, although there was a certain wear and tear, since the charm of the new has been lost. The cinema magazine Cinema writes :

“Wolfgang Groos, who also shot the first part, combines the emotional world of pubescent girls with bizarre humor and (not too) creepy goosebumps into an exciting cinema adventure that not only fans of blood spider casserole and pickled pork bristles get their money's worth. Conclusion: Romantic cinema for young teenagers. "

"The vampire sisters' second cinema appearance naturally lacks the charm of the new, but it convinces with greater ease and offers pleasing, target-group-oriented entertainment."
