Dietmar Richter-Reinick

Dietmar Richter-Reinick (born December 12, 1935 in Berlin ; † September 14, 1997 there ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Dietmar Richter-Reinick was the son of the actor and director Walter Richter-Reinick , at whose side he played the first children's roles in the 1940s . Until his stage debut in 1962, he worked as a waiter, stage manager , puppeteers and manager at the German Television (DFF) and took private acting lessons. Until 1969 he played on various stages in the GDR, for example in Görlitz , Senftenberg and Wittenberg . From 1969 until the liquidation in 1991 Richter-Reinick belonged to the DFF ensemble.

Richter-Reinick was considered a versatile, natural actor who appeared primarily in cinema and television productions with a contemporary focus. He was valued by the audience not least as a comedian, which did not prevent him from playing difficult and dramatic roles. Particularly noteworthy here are Frank Beyer's Rottenknechte (1970), Herbert Ballmann's Eva and Adam and Egon Günther's Upbringing Before Verdun (1973). The children's film was another of his favorite action areas.

In addition, Richter-Reinick worked extensively as a voice actor and lent his voice a. a. the "Kriminalkommissar Jensen" ( Axel Strøbye ) in a total of seven films about the popular Olsen Gang , Bourvil (in the DEFA dubbing of The Adventures of the Three Musketeers ) and the mysterious "Smoker" ( William Bruce Davis ) in the mystery series X-Files . After Richter-Reinick's death, his colleague Thomas Kästner took over this role.

At the DFF, Richter-Reinick was also heavily involved in the union. He was married to the dancer, actress and cabaret artist Hannelore Erle .
