The Dissau and Steinberg nature reserve is located in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district in Thuringia . It extends south and southeast of Keilhau , a district of Rudolstadt . The state road L 1048 runs north of the area , east runs the B 85 and flows the Saale .
