The Diveria (on the Swiss side also Doveria , in the upper reaches Chrummbach ) is the most important tributary of the Tosa and drains the south side of the Simplon Pass . It rises above the Simplon Pass in the canton of Valais , Switzerland . It flows through the Gondo Gorge and takes in the Great Water coming from the Zwischenbergen near Gondo . After Gondo , it crosses the Italian border and subsequently flows through the entire Val Divedro . Its largest tributary, the Cairasca, flows into Bertonio (municipality of Varzo ). It flows into the Tosa at Crevoladossola .
