Sasha Son
Sasha Son (born September 28, 1983 in Vilnius , Lithuanian SSR as Dima Šavrovas or Russian Dmitri Schawrow ; Дмитрий Шавров) is a Russian- Lithuanian singer.
Career
Sasha became known in Lithuania at the age of 10 with the song "Mama" (award Bravo muzikiniai apdovanojimai ). When he was 15, he traveled to Great Britain and continued studying there, where he also received music training.
From 2008 to 2009 Sasha took part in the music reality show Muzikos akademija and took 3rd place.
In 2009 he represented his home country with his song "Love" at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow . There he finished 23rd in the victory of the Norwegian Alexander Rybak .
