The Romanesque hall church originally had a choir tower , which was demolished in 1690. In its place, a smaller slate-covered roof turret was erected, in which two bronze church bells hang. The older one was cast by Johann Rose in 1700, the younger one dates from the 1920s. The old concept can still be recognized.

In 1714 the interior was redesigned. In place of the pulpit altar that once existed, there is now a simply bricked altar and a baroque pulpit in the triumphal arch . Opposite them is a baptismal font from the period after 1714. A horseshoe-shaped gallery surrounds the room. The parapets carry verses from the Bible. The organ with 14 registers , divided into 2 manuals and pedal , was built around 1800 by an unknown organ builder . The church was in 1886 by arch friezes and pilasters at the choir and the semicircular apse again Romanesque design.
