Emil Cosmin Dică (born July 17, 1982 in Scorniceşti , Olt district ) is a Romanian football player . The defensive midfielder has been playing for CS Național Sebiș since summer 2017 .

Dică began his career at FC Argeş Piteşti . In 2001 he was awarded to Pandurii Târgu Jiu . After one season at Pandurii he became Internaţional Pitesti in the Divizia B awarded. In 2003 he came back to FC Argeş Piteşti and came there in 2 seasons to 42 games. On August 9, 2003 he made his debut in Divizia A in the game against Dinamo Bucharest . The game ended 2-1 for Arges. In 2005 he played briefly for Dacia Mioveni in Divizia B. In July 2005 he moved to Rapid Bucharest in Divizia A. In 2009 he moved to the cup winner CFR Cluj on a free transfer . He won in 2010 the double of championship and cup win .

In 2011 Dică left the club and moved to the Greek first division club Skoda Xanthi . Six months later, he joined the Kazakh club FK Astana . In summer 2012 he returned to Romania to join CS Mioveni . In the winter break of 2012/13 he joined first division Rapid Bucharest . After Rapid was sentenced to relegation at the beginning of the 2013/14 season , Dică moved to league competitor Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț . There he was only used three times in the first half of the season and returned to Rapid in February 2014. After the promotion in 2014 he played again in the House of Lords. In early 2015, he joined league rival Oțelul Galați . After relegation Oțelul, he was three months without a club in the summer of 2015, before third division ACS Sporting Turnu Măgurele signed him in October 2015 . In early 2016, he joined FC Baia Mare . In the 2016/17 season he played for ASA Târgu Mureş in League 1, but rose with his team at the end of the season. In the summer of 2017 he moved to CS Național Sebiș in Liga III.
