Seriously Sure
Josef Maximilian Ernst Klar (born December 22, 1952 in Heidelberg ) is a German surgeon and university professor .
Life
Klar studied human medicine at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the University of Manchester . 1979 doctorate he in Heidelberg for Dr. med. At the Heidelberg University Hospital, he completed his surgical training with Christian Herfarth . In 1991 he completed his habilitation. As a private lecturer and senior physician , he gained additional qualifications in vascular , visceral and thoracic surgery . In 1997 he was appointed associate professor .
On March 1, 2003, he became chief surgeon at the Konstanz Clinic . Six months later he followed the call of the University of Rostock to the chair at the Rostock University Hospital . Since then he has been Director of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Surgery, Department of General, Thoracic, Vascular and Transplant Surgery.
In 2006 he chaired the 177th meeting of the Association of Northwest German Surgeons .
Clear has been a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Arminia Heidelberg since 1971 .
