Klein Constantia was a Czech cycling team based in Prague .

The team was founded in 2013 by Zdeněk Bakala via the operating company D-Continental Team.Bakala has also been the owner of the operating company of the UCI WorldTeam Etixx-Quick Step since 2010 . The team is registered as a Continental Team and takes part in the UCI Continental Circuits . The manager is Petr Kovač, who is supported by the sporting directors René Andrle and Pavel Padrnos . The team acts as a farm team for the Etixx Quick Step team, which is why, according to the UCI regulations , the two teams are not allowed to start in the same races at the same time.

The team was disbanded at the end of 2016.
