Florian Hartherz (born May 29, 1993 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with Fortuna Düsseldorf .
Career
Hartherz learned to play football at TV Hausen in 1873 . From 2002 to 2005 he played for one year each with Kickers Offenbach , SpVgg Dietesheim and SG Rosenhöhe Offenbach . He played for Eintracht Frankfurt for the next four years . In 2009 he moved to VfL Wolfsburg , where he was promoted to the club's reserve team in 2011. He moved to Werder Bremen a month after joining the team . Here he was accepted into the professional and amateur squads. In the first half of the season he was only used in the amateur squad in the 3rd division . On January 28, 2012 (19th matchday) he made his debut in the Bundesliga team's 1-1 draw in the home game against Bayer 04 Leverkusen .
On September 2, 2013 Hartherz moved to SC Paderborn 07 , which was playing in the 2nd Bundesliga at the time , and with whom he was promoted to second place in the Bundesliga at the end of the season. This was followed by direct relegation a year later and relegation to the 3rd division in the following 2015/16 season. Hartherz then moved to Arminia Bielefeld.
On August 4, 2020, Hartherz moved to Fortuna Düsseldorf on a free transfer and signed a contract there until summer 2022.
