Florian Dominik Rexer (born April 8, 1976 in Villingen ) is a German-Swiss actor , director and director of the Hagenwil Castle Festival near Amriswil . Florian Rexer lives in Switzerland.

After graduating from high school in 1996, Rexer completed a private two-year vocal training course with Professor Xander Hagen. Until 2000 he studied for four years at the drama school in Freiburg . Actor and director

Organizer and emcee

In 2008 Florian Rexer founded the event agency Feierwerk and organized evenings a. a. with Ralph Morgenstern , Walter Andreas Müller , Andreas Thiel and Sophie Berner. In the same year Florian Rexer became a guest lecturer for free speech, stage fright training and communication at the University of Tobler in Bern and at the IAP - Institute for Applied Psychology in Bern. Together with psychologist Patricia Fent, he has headed the KOMIN Communication Institute in St. Gallen since 2008.

Festival management

In 2010 Florian Rexer became artistic director of the Schloss Hagenwil Festival on Lake Constance. In 2010 he staged “Cyrano der Bergerac” in the lead role with Julian Weigend (Lammbock, Schimanski). In 2011 he directed the plays "The Servant of Two Masters" and "The Frog King". As a servant he was able to engage the Swiss actor Livio Cecini. Solo program

Florian Rexer has been performing with his solo program “Der Götti” since 2015. From 2017 he will present his second solo program: "My Götti - the fourth part of the trilogy". Winter theater and theater without a stage

For the official national celebration in 2019 on the Rütliwiese, Florian Rexer realized a Tell game with the title "Tell - cheeky & fast". His young acting ensemble played. It was musically framed by the Amriswil City Harmony, the Castello Singers and the Coro Tricolore. The play was then repeated twice at the federal celebration of the city of Amriswil.

Awards

With the program as "Götti", Florian Rexer received the jury award on October 31, 2015 as well as the 2nd audience award of the Swiss Comedy Award .
