The Moscow Formula E racetrack is a temporary street circuit in Moscow ( Russia ) for Formula E races with a length of 2.39 km. On June 6, 2015, a race took place on this track for the first time as part of the FIA Formula E championship 2014/15 .

The route consists of 13 curves and runs counterclockwise east of Red Square over public roads around an open space created by the demolition of the Hotel Rossija in 2006. Start and finish are on the left bank street of the Moskva (Moskworezkaja nabereschnaja); The course continues through Kitaigorodski projesd street, around the southern part of Staraya Square ("Old Square") on the edge of the Kitai-Gorod district , through Varvarka Street and over the northern driveway to the Great Moskva Bridge .
