The Hong Kong Central Harbourfront Circuit ( Chinese 香港 中 環 海濱 賽道 / 香港 中 环 海滨 赛道 ) is a temporary street circuit for races of the FIA Formula E Championship in Hong Kong with a length of 1.860 km. On October 9, 2016, a race took place on this track for the first time as part of the 2016/17 season . The course takes you on public roads in the Central district in the immediate vicinity of the Two International Finance Center and Victoria Harbor . It runs clockwise and consists of ten curves. The route does not only consist of paved roads, it also partly leads over concrete surfaces .
Before the 2017 Hong Kong E-Prix , the route was slightly modified, the chicane consisting of turn three and turn four was made narrower, so the vehicles had to drive more slowly at this point.
The route leads on the following roads:
- Man Kwong Street - 民 光 街
- Man Cheung Street - 民 祥 街
- Man Yiu Street - 民 耀 街
- Lung Wo Road - 龍 和 道
- Yiu Sing Street - 耀 星 街
