The Beijing Formula E race track is a temporary street circuit for races of the FIA Formula E Championship in Beijing ( People's Republic of China ) with a length of 3.439 km. On September 13, 2014, a race took place on this track for the first time as part of the 2014/15 season .

The course was designed by Rodrigo Nunes , runs counter-clockwise on public roads around the Beijing National Stadium, known as the “bird's nest”, and the Olympic swimming pool and consisted of twenty curves. The track is the longest race track on the calendar for the 2014/15 Formula E season.

For the second Beijing ePrix , the first chicane was removed so that the route was 14 meters shorter and the number of corners was reduced to 17. In addition, the second chicane was made narrower so that the vehicles have to slow down more here. As a result of Nick Heidfeld's serious accident last year, the curb in the last corner was also lowered.
