The London Formula E circuit is a temporary street circuit in London ( United Kingdom ) for Formula E races with a length of 2.922 km. On June 27, 2015, a race took place on this track for the first time as part of the FIA Formula E championship 2014/15 .

The route was designed by Simon Gibbons , consists of 15 corners and runs counter-clockwise through Battersea Park . Almost the entire size of the 0.83 km³ park is used here.

Carriage Drive North , which runs 50 meters south of the Thames, is used as the start-finish straight . The route then turns left onto Carriage Drive West , where there are two chicanes, and then left again onto Carriage Drive South . Again there are two harassments. The route then leads over Carriage Drive East around a pond that can be navigated by boats and leads to another chicane. The pit entrance is located here, the pit lane is on the Battersea Evolution area , an area where traveling fairs and various exhibitions take place. The route then turns left again at the end of the street, back onto Carriage Drive North . The pit exit is immediately after the last bend.

The organizers of the ePrix decided not to use traditional stands due to the fact that the numerous trees in the park obstructed the view . Instead, platforms and terraces were used.
