The Formula E race track Putrajaya is a temporary street circuit in Putrajaya ( Malaysia ) for races of the FIA Formula E championship with a length of 2.56 km. On November 22, 2014, a race on this track took place for the first time as part of the 2014/15 season , won by Sam Bird ( Virgin Racing Formula E Team ).

The track was designed by Simon Gibbons and planned in collaboration with the FIA , Formula E and the local promoter Formula E Malaysia . It runs counter-clockwise over public roads and consists of twelve curves.
