Forsthof (Nuremberg)

Forsthof is a desert in the statistical district 11 of the city of Nuremberg .

geography

The former wasteland was at an altitude of 312 m above sea level. NHN in the open corridor at Fischbach . In the south-east there was a forest area. 100 meters to the west was the wasteland of white lead , 100 meters to the east the Hallerhütte , 300 meters to the northeast the Hallerschloß . House number 47 on Wilhelm-Späth-Straße is now at the site of the Forsthof.

history

Towards the end of the 18th century there was an estate in Forsthof. The high court exercised the imperial city of Nuremberg, but this was disputed by the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Cadolzburg and Burgthann . The landlord was the Laurenzi forest office in the imperial city of Nuremberg.

As part of the community edict, Forsthof was assigned to the Gleißhammer tax district, formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Gleißhammer founded in the same year .

In 1899 Forsthof was incorporated into Nuremberg .

religion

The place has been predominantly Protestant since the Reformation. Originally the inhabitants of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination were parish in St. Lorenz (Nuremberg) , later to St. Peter (Nuremberg) .
