Fröschendorfer Mühle is an unofficial part of the municipality of Trautskirchen in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim in Middle Franconia . Officially, it is part of the Fröschendorf district .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Mühlbach , which is a left tributary of the Zenn . The place consists of a residential building (No. 13) and eight outbuildings. A residential road leads to State Road 2413 (0.3 south-west).

history

Towards the end of the 18th century the mill belonged to Fröschendorf and, like the entire town, had the Teutonic Order Coming Virnsberg as landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, the Fröschendorfer Mühle was given house number 12 in the town of Fröschendorf.

As part of the community edict, Fröschendorfer Mühle was assigned to the Buch tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Buch formed in 1811 . On July 1, 1972, Buch was incorporated into Trautskirchen as part of the regional reform .

The place has remained predominantly Catholic even after the Reformation. The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination are parish to St. Laurentius (Trautskirchen) , the residents of the Roman Catholic denomination are parish after Assumption of Mary (Sondernohe) .
