Frank Beckehoff

Frank Beckehoff (born May 23, 1954 in Oberhausen ) is a German local politician . The Christian Democrat ( CDU ) has been a full-time district administrator in the Olpe district since 1999 .

Professional background

After graduating from high school, military service and studying law in Marburg and Münster, Frank Beckehoff worked as a lawyer in Arnsberg and Siegen after passing his second state examination in law. From 1987 to 1990 Beckehoff worked as a legal advisor for the state road construction office in Siegen ( Regional Association Westphalia-Lippe ). In 1990 the lawyer was elected City Director of the Hanseatic City of Attendorn . In 1995 Beckehoff changed to the chair of the senior district director of the Olpe district. On October 1, 1999 , he became district administrator of the Olpe district. Since then he has been confirmed in office several times. During the term of office of Helmut Diegel as regional president of the administrative district Arnsberg Beckehoff criticized his administration.

Private

Frank Beckehoff is married and has two adult daughters. He lives in Attendorn .

Political career

Frank Beckehoff has been a member of the CDU since 1987. As a district administrator, he is a natural member of the CDU board of the Olpe district.
