Güneşlik ( Kurdish : Avtariç or Havtariç ) is a Kurdish village in the Yayladere district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Güneşlik is about 250 m above the Özlüce reservoir . The distance to Yayladere is 24 km.

In 1967 there were 451 people in Güneşlik. Economic pressures led to rapid population decline. 145 people lived there until 1990. In 2000, 141 inhabitants remained. According to the population statistics, Güneşlik had the highest number of inhabitants since 2007 with 124 in 2013.

In Ottoman documents of the 16th century, Güneşlik is listed as a Muslim village under the name Haftariç-i 'Ulya ("Upper Haftariç").

The name Haftariç is still used by the local population. The name is recorded in the land register and was used as an alternative designation in censuses.
