Bilekkaya ( Kurdish Hergep ) is a Kurdish village in the Yayladere district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Bilekkaya is located on the northern bank of the Özlüce Reservoir . The distance to Yayladere is 18 km.

Hergep is listed as a non-Muslim village in Ottoman documents from the 16th century. At the beginning of the Armenian genocide , several Armenian families lived in Bilekkaya, whose fate is unknown.

In 1967 there were 312 people in Bilekkaya, and in 1990 35 people lived there. In 2008 the lowest number of inhabitants was documented: 8; 2011 with 19 the highest. According to the population statistics, Bilekkaya had 18 inhabitants in 2010.

The original name is Hergep. This is still used by the local population. The name is recorded in the land register.
