Kalkanlı ( Kurdish : Pargesor or Pargasûr ) is a village in the Yayladere district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . The village is located in eastern Anatolia 15 km southwest of Yayladere on the lower reaches of the Peri Çayı , on the way from Doğucak to Dalbasan .

The previous name was Pargesor. This name is also recorded as "Pargasor" in the land register. In 1973 there were 436 inhabitants, in 2000 there were 75 people. At the end of 2015, the population was 150, the highest since 2007.

There are caves adorned with stone carvings near Kalkanlı.
