Zeynelli ( Kurdish : Zenan ) is a Kurdish village in the Yayladere district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Zeynelli is in Eastern Anatolia . The village is located at 1390 m above sea ​​level and is above the Özlüce dam . The distance to the district town of Yayladere is approx. 22 km. Zeynelli has a mosque.

In the 1980s and 1990s, Zeynelli was affected by a severe population decline. The population fell from 585 in 1981 to 436 in 1985 to 226 in 1990 and 124 in 2000. Zeynelli then had 71 inhabitants, almost unchanged in 2010.
