The online magazine laut.de gave the album four out of a possible five points:

Without even mentioning the controversial attribute" real ", Azad smashes his tough rhymes like heads on the asphalt. His voice is so convincing, his narrative strands are so stringent that you no longer need to ask for true or genuine. Azad opens his heart on "Game Over". A heart that "dies of pain". A heart that cries out for hope. And a heart that hates. Everything is even more intense than on the first work "Leben", by which the rapper has always had to measure himself. Seldom before has emotionality on such a high rap level condensed on a German hip hop album. Music creates feelings! With "Game Over" Azad finally delivers the not easily digestible proof that rap can do it too. "
